Cancellations

At Rare Bird Salon, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, we have to charge an administration fee of 50% of what your service would have cost and cannot guarantee we’ll be able to slot you in. Of course we understand when the weather or other unforeseen events make it impossible to keep your appointment and we will not charge the administration fee in these circumstances. Just give us a call and we can figure it out.
